Interested in exhibiting at the show? You do not need to be a member to participate. Whether you’re part of a local club, a hobbyist, or have items of historical farm value—such as tractors, engines, or tools—your presence is welcome. Reach out to us to be part of the show.

Vendor Details
Vendor Spaces: 12' x 12' with 2.5 feet between booths
Double Spots: Available for an additional fee
No booth sharing permitted
Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs
Generators may be supplied upon request — vendors must bring their own fuel
Vendor Fees and Important Dates
Vendor Fee: $30
Food Truck Fee: $150
Payment Deadline: June 1, 2025
Do not send payment until your application has been approved
Application Deadline: June 1, 2025 (spaces fill quickly)
Important Notes:
All vendors must carry event insurance
Food vendors must provide proof of insurance
We can provide a list of event insurance providers upon request
This is a family event — items containing profanity or explicit content are strictly prohibited
Event Schedule
Setup
Thursday, August 7 – Early setup available with pre-arrangement
Friday, August 8 – Final setup before gates open at 1:00 PM
Show Hours
Friday: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM (evening dance 7:00–9:00 PM, spark show at 9:00 PM)
Saturday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Evening hours are optional for vendors — you may close your booth after 7:00 PM if desired. Security is provided overnight.
Camping & Accommodations

Free Rough Camping is available for:
Club members
Long-distance exhibitors
Pullers
Registered vendors
All others: $100 camping fee for the weekend. Pre-registration required.
Campground Rules:
No alcohol or pets on show grounds
No open flames or campfires
Rough camping only — no hydro or water hookups
Generators are allowed
Limited garbage removal — do not leave large items or recyclables

Vendor Expectations
Vendors must relocate vehicles to parking immediately after unloading.
No vehicles permitted in vendor area during show hours — no exceptions.
Please maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times.
Absolutely no products with vulgar, profane, or explicit content — this is a family event.
Vendors violating content or conduct rules may be removed without refund and not invited back.
A member of the Vendor Committee will check in with you during the event to ensure you’re having a positive experience and to offer assistance.
